This place is clean with extremely friendly and excellent staff, offering amazing breakfasts with fruits, making for a very good stay without any reasons to complain.

Quite nice location near the railway station, easy to take the bicycle trip around the lake and to other villiages, very freindly staff.

It is not expensive

The reception is not availabe all the time. The parking is far from the room which is not so recomended for family. And also the room is not fancy at all as it is not expensive

The staff here were friendly throughout our stay, and the convenient location near a train station made it easy to explore many attractions in the area.

The room was very small and the decor is 40 years old. The bed was in poor condition and not very comfortable. The restaurant/bar attached to the hotel was exceptionally noisy with loud music playing till 3am making it impossible to sleep.

I ate at an exceptional restaurant with an additional bar. The public parking was close to the hotel, terrific service.

The rooms are cozy and offer stunning views.

Excellent location in the pedestrian zone meters away from shops, bars, restaurants and clubs, ski lift 300m away and for 30€ weekly you can rent locker (two sets of skis and boots) at the ski lift. Good value for money, small room but adequate for ski trip, bathroom with quality shower and fittings. Staff very friendly and helpful, room cleaned daily, towels and linen changed whenever you request. Free use of sauna 16-21h and free Wi-Fi (good signal strength)...

Ran out of eggs for breakfast for two days, apparently due to heavy snow falls and lack of deliveries... There were eggs in the supermarkets around the corner !

The hotel has very good building with compact and large rooms, offering an amazing view. the location is excellent, being next to restaurants and bars. - Great food can be found in restaurants nearby, such as Feinkost Lumpi, which is only a 5-minute walk away.

Good location within Zell am See. The suite had a good view of the lake and was extremely spacious.

Quite a lot of steps throughout the hotel which are not luggage friendly and can catch one unawares. The restruant was very dark and not very easy to use due to the design of the furniture and rather cramped layout.

Provide better services by employees and provide tips for visitors to the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and good. Display screens directly to the top of the mountains for the weather there is one where employees offer advice to us was friendly. You Net Free and free Wi-Fi. The hotel overlooks the street walkway where there is ongoing restaurants and shops. Go Navy less than five minutes where there tourist activities. No Laundry Clothing and walking away from the hotel on foot less than ten minutes, but a bit expensive. No air conditioning or air fans. لا يوجد مصبغة ملابس وتبعد عن الفندق مشي على الاقدام أقل من عشر دقائق ولكن غالية بعض الشيء. لا يوجد اجهزة تكييف او مراوح هواء.

Conveniently located in the heart of the town, with a supermarket and grocery shop nearby.

We only liked the dinners at hotel.

-Rooms and bathrooms were not cleaned properly, hardly they even changed the beddings. -Very poor Beakfast. -No Shampoo available in the bathrooms. -One room were so cold and the readiator was not working properly. We had to ask several time to the staff to look at it. After having argued with them, they fixed the problem. -We had every morning problem with tabels for breakfast. Tabels were only booked for the guest with full pension.

The restaurant here was exceptional, offering delicious dishes, and there was also a bar; the location was fantastic, just a minute walk from Seegasse.
